Shipping Policy
Velour Garments is an official FedEx® partner, which means all orders are covered by express international shipping (24-72h) with tracking and phone updated notifications.
Fulfilment Turnaround and Shipping Times:
- Bulk Orders: Shipping time always depends on the quantity, Wholesale orders may ship within 3-8 weeks after placing the order. Please keep in mind we are a small studio manufacturing each and every piece to the detail.

Refund Policy
Special note for all wholesale / retail purchases. Due to the nature of the materials developed by Velour Garments later exposed to natural garment dyeing, you must pay attention to the following information before shopping with us. We stand behind our products and workmanship as we have been manufacturing high quality garments sustainably made in Spain.
Damage & Return Policy
There is a 2.0-5.0% damage allowance for garment dyed orders; anything surpassing 5% will be issued a return authorisation followed by a partial refund / discount coupon code based on the issued products in return.
We will accept returns for full in store credit after the acceptable industry damage allowance of 6.0%.
Velour Garments does not accept order cancellations once more than 15 days have elapsed from the purchase date since every order is prepared individually on demand (≥10 pieces).
We do not accept any returns / refunds once garments have been embellished (screen printed, DTG, Embroidery, Dyeing, etc.) under any circumstances. We aren't also responsible for damages caused by third party vendors such as wash house, printer, embroiderer and or applied customization.
All orders placed on this website are made under request, meaning once the entire order is produced and shipped out it can't be returned unless received garment/s are damaged, stained, or contain any defects / flaws bigger than the 6% allowance.*
